Plant-Forward Meals in Our Wellness Programs

Meals are part of the teaching at Abba Heals, not a side note. Residential programs include food, and guests spend real time learning how to prepare it.

Plant-forward, for us, means vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds carry the plate, while the kitchen stays practical for real households. We are not interested in a performance menu that only works at a resort. The aim is food people can cook again at home.

During the 21-day training and the in-person health session, food and housing are included. That shared table lets guests see how meals fit a day of rest, learning, and faith. Herbs used in the residential session are part of the supplies that are included, and they are taught in an educational setting.

We do not claim that a meal plan treats or reverses disease. Food is one lifestyle lesson among others. People with medical dietary needs should follow the guidance of their own licensed clinician. Tell us about those needs when you register so hospitality can be respectful.

If you cannot travel, food education still shows up in virtual sessions and in the 6-day online training. You can also invite a house call and talk through the kitchen you actually have. Start with whichever format fits, and we will help you choose.
